Monday:

4 miles easy (10:30 per mile pace)

Tuesday:

Rest

Wed:

Mile Repeats – 2 x 1 mile @ 8:25 pace

Thursday:

4 miles easy – 10:30 pace

Friday:

Rest

Saturday:

Long Run: 8 miles @ 10:30 pace
