the happy hour #453: addictions, abortions and adoptions with holly hayes

WHAT YOU WILL HEAR:

“If there’s one thing I’ve learned about God in the last 20 years it’s that He makes beautiful things out of our messes and out of our ashes.”

Some of you are probably really familiar with my friend Holly Hayes. Her story is full of redemption and she is celebrating 20 years of sobriety, out of trafficking, and a new life in Christ. Holly is a living example that God can not only transform anyone but use anyone to bring Him glory.

Holly shares about her survivor journey of addiction, abortion, trafficking, and eventually finding Christ. She started her company Sanctuary Project to employ and empower women who have survived lives of trafficking, violence, and addiction. Holly also dives into a topic not many people talk about which is embryo adoption. She shares her experience of welcoming her baby girl, and how she felt strongly that this was how God would redeem her abortions. I am always so blown away by Holly’s story and I know you will be, too.
